Hi, and thank you for inquiring on my website about piano lessons. My name is Margarita Aroushanian. I have had the amazing opportunity of moving to the United States in 1995. I got my Masters Degree in music hence have been teaching and giving piano lessons since 1990. I have thought and learn piano all over the world including Russia and The United States. I am an active member of the Music Teacher's Association of CA. I would also like to take this moment to point out that my students are eligible to receive a Merit Certificate.

My Students

I have kids and adults from all walks of life. Some of my student's are competition winners. 90% of my students participate in Festivals and Competitions.

SHOWCASE  ~  Vartan Simonian

Vartan Simonian at the age of 10 and 11 received Honorable Mention on International Russian Music Piano Competition in Junior categories at 2005 and 2006 years. At 2006 he became one of the winners of Bach Piano Festival organised in Orange county by California Music Teachers Association Also he multiple times received Honorable Mention in Armenian Allied Art Association (AAAA) Piano Competitions.

At 2006 Vartan participated International blitz competition "Homage for Mozart" in Moscow and became finalist for his piece Conifera.. Conifera been played in 2006 by Russian Chamber Orcestra Kremlin in Moscow at concert broadcasted in Russia, at 2006 at Karnegy Hall in New York, at 2008 in Cerritos Center for performing Arts, Orange county.

At 2006 Vartan Simonian became one of the winners ASCAP Foundation Morton Guild Young Composers Awards

Multiple times Vartan became winner AAAA young composers competitions. Armen Simonian received Honorable Mention in 2012 AAAA piano competition in children category.
